As a converted country house, all our rooms vary in size and shape depending on the positioning within the house. Most rooms overlook our gardens and enjoy amazing elevated views of Esthwaite Water and the forest beyond.

All our rooms have undergone a major refurbishment during January 2010, creating eleven individually designed bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

Our bedrooms are relaxing and peaceful, meaning you are able to unwind, enjoy a good night's sleep and allow you to wake up to the beautiful surroundings of the Lakeland fells ready for the day ahead.
