We look forward to welcoming you to Sawrey House Hotel. When making a booking with us, we respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Sawrey House Hotel and once booked, our agreement is a legal contract.

A deposit of the first nights stay is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. After this date the deposit becomes non-refundable. Once made, bookings can only be cancelled or modified by calling us directly. To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, please cancel your room a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise the full cost of your booking will be charged.

We respectfully ask that all guests have appropriate travel insurance, as no exceptions will be made in the event of cancellations or curtailment.

Check-In time is 3pm and we ask that you check out of your room by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late Check-Outs on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).

We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets and we do not accept children under 10 years of age, as we do not have family rooms.

The Management reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice, however we honour all prices quoted at time of confirmation.

Car Parking is provided at the hotel as a free service, however the management/owners do not accept responsibility for any lose/damage to the car or their contents.
