We look forward to welcoming you to Sawrey House Hotel. When making a booking with us, we respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Sawrey House Hotel and once booked, our agreement is a legal contract.
No deposit is required, however, card details valid for the duration of your booking are required and securley held on our fully PCI compliant system. Once made, bookings can only be cancelled or modified by calling us directly. To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, please cancel your room a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise the full cost of your booking will be charged.
We respectfully ask that all guests have appropriate travel insurance, as no exceptions will be made in the event of cancellations or curtailment.
Check-In time is 3pm and we ask that you check out of your room by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late Check-Outs until 12noon upon request, subject to availability (fees apply).
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets and we do not accept children under 12 years of age.
The Management reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice, however we honour all prices quoted at time of confirmation.
Car Parking is provided at the hotel as a free service, however the management/owners do not accept responsibility for any lose/damage to the car or their contents.
DAMAGES POLICY - Damage to hotel property – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
